Tabitha in service dept was great. Fixed the initial problem my truck went in for. When I received my truck back I noticed a paint chip on the door handle that wasn’t previously there and brought to her attention, she immediately scheduled to have that corrected and gave me a loaner car while they were working on it.

Jim Decker and his service team are top notch. Driving from Florida in our 2025 Chevrolet Equinox we noticed a strange noise. Made an appointment when we got to Traverse City. They got us right in. Jim took a test ride with us to determine the problem. It was going to take an undetermined amount of time to get the part so he arranged for a rental car. I was visiting my family and had an issue come up with my Blazer so I headed over to Williams Chevy to see if someone could take a look. Drew was very welcoming and asked how he could help me. I explained my issue and he took a look at it and hooked up the computer and got the code for the issue. He checked to see if he had the part I needed and had me leave my car so they could squeeze me in and get it fixed before I left town. Thank you for saving the day!

I took my wife's vehicle to Williams Chevy to have the turn signal and brake light bulb sockets replaced as vermin had chewed the wiring and sockets. Evidently GM sprayed a food based agent on to the wiring harness and bulb sockets during the manufacturing process to keep them flexible. Unfortunately, this attracts vermin. Drew Denoyer was great getting our vehicle in and out in a timely manner.Incidently, this is the second time in two years we have had to have a wiring harness replaced on this vehicle do to vermin. It's expensive and very frustrating.
The collision center is amazing my car had been in a few times now and they are always extremely helpful and friendly. They do a great job on the car and are very quick with repairs. I highly recommend!

Williams Honda (Josh) did a very good job in taking care of the maintenance work on my Acura MDX. This dealer has a former Acura tech which worked out well. I was very happy with the communication and service work performed.
Chevy Williams, Phillip Wurtz really knew his stuff. Got me exactly what I wanted and worked in my behalf for an Explorer VAN “Custom Express 2500” Including adding 4 X 4, sooo necessary in the northern snow belt. I can now tow heavy loads in comfort without having to have a pickup truck. Don’t need a truck “cap” and sits lower to crawl in and out of (easier on the knees). So far very happy, thanks Phil
